What you will find at this facility
***Please note that we are unable to accept requests for large meetings and/or events at the present time. We will be reviewing our risk assessments again at Easter 2022***
Modern 180-seat restaurant. Self-catering (drinks and pre-prepared cold food only) is allowed, though we can offer a full food and drink service tailored to your requirements.
Making a booking request:
Please highlight all of the dates that you wish to book as part of your initial request to prevent future slots being taken by another customer. There are no financial implications (see payment section below) and cancellations can be made up to 24hrs in advance of each individual session.
1. Select the date and time of the first slot that you need
2. Then select "Block Booking" and confirm your chosen end-date
3. A list will then appear of all of the dates that you have selected. Any dates that are unavailable (due to either venue closure or already booked) will show with a warning.
4. Delete any dates that are not available from your selection, then submit your booking request
5. The venue will then review your request at their earliest convenience
Payment:
1. You will be asked for card payment details when making your booking request. This is simply to check that funds are available to cover your initial transaction. No payment will be taken at this stage.
2. Payments will only be taken once your request has been accepted by the venue:
- payment for your first session (or first week of bookings) will be taken when the venue accepts your request
- payment for subsequent sessions will be taken seven days in advance of each session taking place
Important note for business/commercial customers: The price shown does not include VAT which we may need to add if your block-booking is for fewer than ten consecutive weekly sessions.
